Everybody I had dealings with was friendly efficient and competent in their role and everywhere in the hospital was clean and well organised all in all a pleasant place to be.

Wow - no hospital stay is pleasurable but the staff at Springfield made me feel happy, content, relaxed and valued!

Very well kept hospital with clear instructions regarding entry because of Covid 19.

I had minor surgery at Springfield. I can not praise every single person who works there enough. Lots of empathy, care and kindness.

So happy with my time at this hospital. Staff keep great contact, doctors keep you well informed and feels very comfortable. I never had surgery before and was really nervous but as soon as I got there everything felt safe. I cannot recommend this hospital enough.

I cannot fault the hospital in anyway, was like being in a five star hotel with every member of staff being as helpful and caring as they could possibly be. You have five stars right across the board from me.
